Birth Doula Package: What's included?

 - Free consultation to get to know one another and to assess if we are a good fit

 - Unlimited text and phone calls from the point you choose me as your doula

- Two Prenatal Visits in your home to help us get to know one another, customize your birth and postpartum plan, practice comfort measures and exercises you can do prenatally to help get baby in an optimal position, review stages of labor, and process any persistent thoughts/fears that may be coming up

- Continual presence throughout labor as soon as you need support either in your home and/or at your place of birth

- I will be with you for the immediate postpartum period and help get you settled in after birth (usually 2 hours)

-One postpartum visit in your home (1-2 hours) within 2 weeks of birth to check in, debrief your birth and assist with whatever you may need (breastfeeding, babywearing ect).

-Provide you with any resources you need for pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and parenting

- Photos and video of labor/birth if requested

Birth Doula Package Investment: $1500

​

Additional Add Ons:

$55 - Additional Prenatal/Postpartum Visit

$40/hour - Daytime Postpartum Doula (3 hour minimum) This might look like helping with nursing, taking care of baby so you can rest, household chores, cooking or meal prep

*I firmly believe everyone should have a doula and never want finances to stand in the way of you being fully supported for your birth. If finances are an obstacle, lets chat.
